- Management of debts, overdue, down payments per customer and supplier.
- Pricing management: standard, per customer, customer groups or sale-outs.
Automated functions:
- Emailing of invoices, order acknowledgments, reminders about debts and more.
- Import of bank transaction (SEPA standard) and allocating per customers’ unpaid invoices, clearing debts.
- Inventory check by using mobile application or wireless bar code reader.
- Recording of the orders using mobile application – convenient tool for reps, who has to make it being away from desktop.
- Environmental sold packaging summary.
- Monitor, control and analyze daily activities will be possible by using numerous amount of standard reports – debts, inventory, sales, profitability and more. All reports could be run including grouping/filtering criteria and cost center.
